Delivery and return information

Items in Lithuania are normally shipped via Omniva or Lietuvos paštas within 2 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Expedited shipping may be available upon request email us:

Transit time internationally can range from 3 to 5 weeks. In this case, we do not offer express or expedited shipping. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).Returns delivered to us after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. Please note that any item discounted by 35% or more are non-refundable and on final sale. 

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend to use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
